Private Farm

Kenosha, WI

Located on an 80-acre farm, the owners plan to construct a 23-stall barn with an attached enclosed arena for hunter/jumper riding on the family’s estate. The new barn’s steep roof sheds winter snows and aids natural ventilation during summer months. An internal loft/ceiling system with large operable day light dampers help contain heat in the winter, but also allows for year round control of natural ventilation. Master planning services include the placement of new barn and arena to fit with the existing structures on the property, as well as the layout of new paddocks, turn out fields, and run-in sheds.
