Granary at Meadow Lane’s Lodge
Warm Springs, Virginia
The owner’s goal was to preserve a historic granary on the grounds of the Meadow Lane Lodge, a rural country inn located in Bath County, Virginia. Abandoned since the 1950s, the owner had long wanted to reuse the
turn-of-the-century structure for additional guest lodging and for his own family’s weekend visits. The design incorporates the original two-story corncrib that runs the full length of the entry elevation.
